Maintenance - Service

Ensure that the ball polishing machine remains clean and refrain from using any aggressive cleaning agent that can damage the casing.
Do not expose the machine to direct sunlight or moisture. The machine itself doesn’t require any maintenance to be done by the owner / user, with the exception of the cleaning / replacing of the polishing disc and the polishing felt.
In case of eventual problems with the machine itself, do not attempt to open / repair the machine yourself, as this will void the guarantee.

REPLACING/CLEANING POLISHING DISC/FELT

To replace and clean the polishing disc, proceed as follows:-
Remove the spacer disc from the machine by lifting it evenly and vertically. Remove the polishing ring from the disc and replace this with a new example. Ensure that it is evenly placed.
The polishing discs can be cleaned in the washing machine at 40 degrees Celsius.
